Privacy Policy

This policy explains what information Markhor Trader collects through markhortrader.vip and our Telegram bot, why we collect it and what we do with it.

1. What we collect

• Account details: your name, email address and country, which you give when you sign up.
• Password: stored only in scrambled (hashed) form. We cannot see your password.
• Telegram details: if you connect Telegram, we store your Telegram user ID and username so the bot can message you and invite you to VIP groups.
• Broker account ID: the ID you send us to request free VIP, and whether it was approved or rejected.
• Feedback: the name, country, rating and text you submit in a review. If you share feedback with us on Telegram and agree to it being published, we may publish your first name, country, message and a screenshot of it, with phone numbers and profile photos hidden. Ask us any time to remove it.
• Email subscription: if you subscribe to the Daily Market Brief, your email address and whether you confirmed it. Every email has a one-click unsubscribe link.
• Technical data: our server keeps standard logs, including IP addresses and pages requested, to keep the site running and secure.

2. Cookies

We use one essential cookie that keeps you logged in. We do not use advertising cookies, tracking pixels or analytics services. Embedded YouTube videos and the TradingView calendar are provided by those companies and may set their own cookies when you use them.

3. How we use your information

• To create and run your account and log you in.
• To check your broker account ID and turn on VIP.
• To send you VIP invite links and service messages through our bot.
• To publish reviews that you choose to submit (only your first name and country are shown).
• To keep the service secure and stop abuse.

4. Who we share it with

We do not sell your information and we do not share it with advertisers. We use these services to run Markhor Trader:

• Hetzner Online hosts our server in the European Union. Your account data is stored there.
• Telegram delivers messages from our bot, if you connect your Telegram account.
• YouTube (Google) plays the videos on our Videos and Academy pages. We use YouTube's privacy-enhanced mode, but when you play a video, YouTube may collect information under Google's privacy policy.
• Our email provider (Resend or Brevo) delivers the Daily Market Brief and confirmation emails, so it receives your email address.
• Anthropic provides the AI that helps write the Daily Market Brief from public news. We do not send your personal information to it.
• TradingView provides the economic calendar and the live price strip. Pages with these widgets load them from TradingView.

We do not send your details to the broker. We only look up the broker ID you give us in our own partner panel. The broker has its own privacy policy for the account you open with them.

We may share information if the law requires it.

5. How long we keep it

We keep your account information while your account is open. If you ask us to delete your account, we delete your personal details, except anything we must keep by law or to prevent abuse (for example, that a broker ID was already used).

6. Your choices

• You can disconnect Telegram from your dashboard at any time.
• You can ask us for a copy of your information, to correct it or to delete your account.

7. Security

We use encrypted connections (https), hashed passwords and a firewall on our server. No system is perfectly secure, so keep your password private and use a different password from your other accounts.

8. Children

The service is only for people aged 18 or over. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 18.

9. Changes

If we change this policy, we will update the date at the top of this page.
